The promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 9797402 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 2748347 equity shares were pledged which is 17.61% of total paid up capital of the company and 28.05% of total promoter shareholding.
