Sundaram Clayton Board to declare interim dividend

Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to considering declaration of interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
