Laurus Labs Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Laurus Labs Ltd at their meeting held on October 28, 2021 have approved for the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 0.80/- (40%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Company has fixed "November 18, 2021" as "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after November 25, 2021.
