Birlasoft Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Birlasoft Ltd, at its meeting concluded today, has approved and declared interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (i.e. 75%) of face value of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2021-22, to be paid to the members of the Company within 30 days from the declaration by the Board, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, and the Rules made thereunder.

The Record Date has been fixed as Wednesday, November 3, 2021.

Shares of BIRLASOFT LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 400.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 397.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96254 in over 4628 trades.
