ICICI Securities Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 11.25

The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. October 19, 2021, approved the payment of interim dividend of Rs. 11.25 (Rupees Eleven and Twenty Five Paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the shareholders of the Company whose names shall appear in the Company's Register of Members as at the close of business hours on the record date i.e. October 28, 2021 as well as to those beneficial holders as registered in the records of Depositories as at the close of business hours on the record date.

The interim dividend will be paid to the Shareholders on or before November 18, 2021.

Shares of ICICI Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 843.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38318 in over 2720 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 862.00 and intraday low of 808.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32184838.00.
