Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA for consultancy services

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has received the "Letter of Acceptance ("LOA")" for Consultancy Services for Authority's Engineer for Supervision of Rehabilitation & upgradation of NH 165 from Km 0.000 to Km 64.020 (Pamarru to Akiveedu Section) to 2(two) lane with paved shoulders in the State of Andhra Pradesh on EPC Mode from the office of Regional officer, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Regional office, Vijayawada ("the Authority") dated 8% October, 2021 as received on October 12, 2021 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited in association with KAIUS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Authority Engineer's Services for the said Project will be Rs. 5,94,00,000/- excluding taxes (Rupees Five Crores Ninety Four Lacs Only). The Contract period will be 84 months.

The Company needs to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee/Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.
