Century Textiles and Industries Ltd board approves raising funds of Rs. 500 crores

The Board of directors of Century Textiles and Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 14th October, 2021, have approved the raising of funds upto Rs.500 crores in one or more tranches by issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company on private placement basis within the borrowing limits approved by the shareholders subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals as may be necessary under applicable laws.

Shares of Century Textiles & Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 962.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 935.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 149706 in over 9965 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1003.25 and intraday low of 942.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 145325548.00.
