Unison Metals Ltd has issued and allotted 1,28,16,800 (One Crore Twenty Eight Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred ) Equity shares of Rs.10, as Bonus shares to those members of the Company entitle thereto as on 08/10/2021, being the Record date fixed for the purpose.

Consequently, with effect from 13th October 2021 the Issued, Subscribed and Paid up share capital of the Company stand increased to 16,02,10,000 ( Sixteen Crore Two Lacs Ten Thousand Only} divided into 1,60,21,000 (One crore Sixty Lakhs Twenty One Thousand only) Equity shares of Rs.10 each.
