Vipul Ltd signs JV agreement with Tulip Infratech Pvt Ltd

Vipul Ltd has signed and entered a Joint Venture Agreement with M/s. Tulip Infratech Private Limited, for assigning of all development rights to carry out all developments activities in relation to residential project namely "Aarohan Residences" at Golf Course Road, sector-53, Gurugram, Haryana ('Project').

Shares of Vipul Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4412 in over 28 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 30.40 and intraday low of 29.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 130611.00.
