PI Industries Ltd executes two JV agreements with Polymath Holdings, LLC

PI Industries Limited ("Company"), has executed two joint venture agreements on 11th October, 2021 with Polymath Holdings, LLC ("Polymath") for undertaking the business of manufacturing and selling the products for Bio Chemistry processes and Bio Chemical enabled pharmaceutical intermediates.

The parties have executed the JVA-1 to undertake the business of manufacturing and selling the products for Bio Chemistry processes through Joint Venture Company-1 ("JVC1").

The parties have executed JVA-2 to undertake business of manufacturing and selling the Bio Chemical enabled pharmaceutical intermediates through Joint Venture Company-2 ("JVC-2").

Shares of PI Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3261.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3280.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 87164 in over 944 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3330.90 and intraday low of 3224.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 286174772.00.
