Sharon Bio AGM approves 10% dividend

Sharon Bio Medicine Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 16, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of 10% Dividend on 1,00,31,900 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.
