Silverline Technologies Signs JV Agreement with Creative InfoCity Inc, USA for IT & BPO Services

Silverline Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has signed a strategic joint venture (JV) agreement with Creative InfoCity Inc, USA for developing BPO and IT Infrastructure Facilities to the extent of 5,00,000 SFT based at Infocity, Gandhinagar.

The implementation of the facility of 5,00,000 SFT will be done by Creative InfoCity Ltd, India, A joint venture of Creative InfoCity Inc, USA-Florida and Government of Gujarat.

The alliance will be extended to set up such IT Infrastructure facilities under the brand name of INFOCITY in other parts of the country. But the beginning will he from Infocity, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. As a part of the alliance, the Company with its Global Business Presence, will utilize the 5,00,000 SFT facility located at Gandhinagar in various phases for the purpose of IT, ITES including Animation and BPO services. The Company has drawn a five-year plan to utilize the same.

Creative InfoCity Ltd and the Company on October 16, 2006 announced that the definitive agreement to establish a joint venture Company will accelerate the promotion of the India-entry business offering in the international marketplace, which will strengthen further the business model. The Joint Venture will be operated by the Company.

The Strategic Joint Venture was structured and advised by Leading Corporate Advisors Services Company, M/s. Firstcall India Equity Advisors Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai.
