Reliance Infrastructure Limited board to consider FCCB issue terms on Sep 25, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Reliance Infrastructure Limited has been convened on Saturday, September 25, 2021, to consider and approve the offering circular, issue details, price and other terms and conditions of the proposed issue of FCCBs on private placement basis.

The Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons shall remain closed from the close of business hours of Wednesday, September 22, 2021, till 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meeting are made public in terms of the Listing Regulations.
