Operations disrupted at Globus Spirits Ltd's plant at Dhudhva, Bihar

Globus Spirits Ltd has announced that the operations at the company's plant located in Vill : Dhudhva, Tehsil : Jandaha, Dist:Vaishali, Bihar have been temporarily disrupted owing to flooding and water logging at the factory premises caused by heavy rains since 15th August 2021.

The expected quantum of loss / damage caused is Rs. 209.00 Lakhs and the loss is adequately covered by Insurance.

The company has taken adequate measures to ensure safety of equipment, material and all personnel. The company expects to resume operations as soon as floods dissipate.

Shares of Globus Spirits Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1012 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 993.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10178 in over 534 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1029 and intraday low of 980.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10203268.
