NRB Bearings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Adoption of Unaudited quarterly / half yearly financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. Interim dividend for the accounting year 2006-07.

3. Sub-division of Company's equity shares.
