Nicco Parks Board to recommend dividend

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2006, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on September 30, 2006 and will also consider the recommendation of Dividend for the year ended on September 30, 2006.

On Friday, the shares closed at Rs.48.25 in BSE.
