RITES Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of RITES Ltd at the Meeting held today, i.e. Thursday, 12th August, 2021, have declared an interim dividend for the year 2021-22 at the rate of Rs. 2 per share (20% of the paid up share capital) of the company.

The Record Date for determining shareholders who are eligible for the interim dividend is fixed as Saturday, August 21, 2021.

Shares of RITES Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 268.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 264.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37739 in over 1244 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 272.7 and intraday low of 266.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10145443.
