Sundaram Clayton AGM approves interim dividends as final

Sundaram Clayton Ltd has announced that the members at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the first interim dividend of Rs 6/- per share and the second interim dividend of Rs 6/- per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid, as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006.
