GMM Pfaudler Board recommends 30% second interim dividend

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2006, inter alia, has resolved Payment of Second Interim Dividend @ Rs 3/- per share on 2923500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, aggregating to Rs 8770500/-.
