Bank of Maharashtra Upper Tier II Bonds Issue closed

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Issue of Upper Tier II Bonds of Rs 300 crore, Bank of Maharashtra has announced that the Company's Upper Tier II Bond Issue of Rs 300 crore was over subscribed and closed on October 13, 2006.
