Court disposes writ petition against Finolex Industries on using Jetty at Ratnagiri

With reference to the earlier announcement in connection with agrounding of a carrier ship KEW Bridge 1.5 K.M. away from Company’s jetty at Ratnagiri and the Bombay High Court’s order dated September 29, 2006 restraining the Company from using the jetty till further orders or the above referred carrier ship was pulled and navigated, Finolex Industries Ltd has announced that in the subsequent hearing on October 12, 2006, the Bombay High Court noted that the carrier vessel has been successfully refloated on October 09, 2006 and being satisfied that nothing further was required to be done by the Court, the Court disposed of the writ petition. In short, there is no restriction on the use of the Company’s jetty by the Company.
