GRM Overseas Limited revises record date for bonus issue

The Board of Directors of GRM Overseas Limited at its meeting held today has postponed and revised the record date from Wednesday, July 14, 2021 to Friday July 16, 2021, [Revised record date for Bonus Issue 2:1 i.e. "2 (two) new fully paid up Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each of GRM Overseas Ltd shall be issued and allotted for every 1 (One) existing fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs.10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each of the Company"].

Shares of GRM OVERSEAS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2340 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2290.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17852 in over 1216 trades.
