Government decides to merge Sponge Iron India Ltd with NMDC

National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has announced that The Government of India had decided to merge Sponge Iron India Ltd, a Government Company with NMDC. The Sponge Iron India Ltd is an unlisted Company and its shareholders as on date are the Andhra Pradesh State Government and Government of India.
