Kamdhenu Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Kamdhenu Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 21st June, 2021, has recommended final dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.80/- per equity share (@8% on a face value Rs.10/-per share) each fully paid to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 31st March, 2021. The final dividend will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration and approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Kamdhenu Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.162.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15651 in over 536 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 165.75 and intraday low of 158.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2520370.
