Aartech Solonics Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.05

The board of directors of Aartech Solonics Limited at its meeting held today have considered and recommended the dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per equity shares (i.e., 5%) face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21. The dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, be paid within the period of 30 days from the date of declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
