Indo Borax and Chemicals Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Indo Borax and Chemicals Ltd at its Meeting held today on Monday, 14 June, 2021 has approved and recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
