Sahyadri Industries Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of Sahyadri Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on May 26, 2021 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2020-21. The final dividend is subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting.
