Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2021, has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 0.40/- per equity Share of Rs. 1/- each (i.e.@40%) as final dividend for the Financial Year 2020-2021, Subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
