Gulshan Polyols Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Gulshan Polyols Ltd at its meeting held on May 22, 2021, has recommended a Final dividend @ 40% amounting Re. 0.40/- per equity share on basis of face value of Re. 1/- each, for the FY 2020-2021. The dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
