Rallis India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Rallis India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, April 22, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3 per share i.e. 300% for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 73rd AGM of the Company.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid on and from Tuesday, June 29, 2021.

Shares of RALLIS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.281.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 92879 in over 2150 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 283.2 and intraday low of 272.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26050895.
