Ducon Infratechnologies Limited allots shares, warrants at Rs. 5

The Members of the Allotment Committee of Ducon Infratechnologies Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, 1st February, 2021, have approved the issuance and allotment of the following on conversion of outstanding Unsecured Loan amount post receiving in-principal approval from BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.:

- 5,70,00,000 Equity Shares and 5,96,34,400 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to Mr. Arun Govil, Promoter and Managing Director of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value of Re. 1/- each and Premium value of Rs. 4/- each).

- 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares to Mr. Atul Kumar, Non-promoter of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value of Re. 1/- each and Premium value of Rs. 4/- each)

Shares of Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.6.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11412 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.5 and intraday low of 6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 71226.
