Aavas Financiers Ltd approves Rs. 100 crore private placement issue of NCDs

The Executive Committee of the Board of Aavas Financiers Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e. December 25, 2020 has pursuant to the authority entrusted by the Board of Directors and within the limits as approved by the Members of the Company vide Special Resolution passed at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on July 22, 2020, approved the issuance of Rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs or "Debentures") having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten lakh only) each, aggregating up to an amount of Rs. 100.00 crore (Rupees One hundred crore only) on a Private Placement basis.

Shares of AAVAS Financiers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1696 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1694.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1080 in over 256 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1714.65 and intraday low of 1690.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1838206.
