3i Infotech issues second tranche of FCCBs

3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company has on October 06, 2006, completed the issue of second tranche of FCCBs under the aforesaid In-Principle Approval, the datails of which are as follows:

1. 1.5% Euro 15,000,000 Convertible Bonds due 2011 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) convertible into Equity Shares.

The above FCCBs will be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.
