CAMS board to consider Q2FY21 results, interim dividend on Nov 11, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) is scheduled on 11/11/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly financial results(stand alone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 and interim dividend.

The record date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders entitled for the interim dividend, if any approved by the Board, will be 20th November 2020.

The trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results i.e. till Friday, November 13 , 2020.
