Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of Rs. 100 crore

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on September 03,2020, approved the issuance of the Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected - Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures for Rs.50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) aggregating to Rs.100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores Only) on private placement route.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.153.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 295667 in over 4475 trades.
