PI Industries Limited board to consider QIP on July 8, 2020

A meeting of QIP Committee of Board of Directors of PI Industries Limited is being rescheduled to Wednesday, July 8, 2020, to consider and determine the issue price, including a discount, if any thereto as permitted under the SEBI ICDR Regulations, with respect to the Equity Shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the Issue as approved by the shareholders by way of postal ballot dated March 23, 2020.

Shares of PI Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1573 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1562.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8992 in over 1048 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1605 and intraday low of 1571.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14281108.
