Ceinsys Tech Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY20

The Board of directors of Ceinsys Tech Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs.2.50/- (Two Rupees and Fifty Paisa Only) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company (i.e dividend @ 25% per equity share having face value of Rs.10/- each), for the financial year 2019-20, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting

Shares of Ceinsys Tech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1867 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 85.05 and intraday low of 81. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 157386.
