Info Edge India Ltd board approves QIP of Rs. 1875 crore

The board of directors of Info Edge (India) Limited (the 'Company'), at its meeting held today, i.e., June 22, 2020, considered and approved the proposal for raising of funds through issue of equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company by way of Qualified Institutions Placement to eligible qualified institutional buyers for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.1875 Crore in accordance with Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

Shares of INFO EDGE (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2770.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2676.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7126 in over 1227 trades.
