KEC International Ltd approves repurchase of NCDs

The Committee of Directors of KEC International Ltd at its meeting held today considered and approved the repurchase of 1,000 Zero Coupon, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 100 Crore.

Shares of KEC INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.239.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 230.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43938 in over 1500 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 239.45 and intraday low of 230.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10344240.
