HeidelbergCement India Ltd boad to consider Q4, FY20 results, dividend on May 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HeidelbergCement India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th May 2020 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2020.

The board will also consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for FY2019-20, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
