Hon'ble High Court, Delhi approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Pearl Global

Pearl Global Ltd has announced that on October 06, 2006, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation at Pearl Styles Ltd and City Estates Pvt Ltd with the Company. The appointed date for the Scheme of Amalgamation is April 01, 2005.
