Rollatainers allots 90 Lakh shares to W.L.D. Investments Pvt Ltd

Rollatainers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2008, has allotted 90,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at par to the Strategic Investor namely W.L.D. Investments Pvt Ltd, upon conversion of 90,00,000 Optional Fully Convertible Debenture (OFCD's) of Rs 10/-, as stipulated in the rehabilitation scheme sanctioned by BIFR vide order dated May 15, 2007 and amendment order dated August 06, 2007.
