Financial Technologies AGM approves 260% final dividend

Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have confirmed the interim dividend paid for the year 2005-06 @ Rs 0.80 (@40%) on equity share of Rs 2/- each & declaration of final Dividend of Rs 5.20 (260%) on the paid-up share Capital of the Company as on March 31, 2006 for the financial year 2005-06.
