Amtek India allots 548434 equity shares

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 04, 2008 have allotted 548,434 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 1.50 million.
