Tirupati Foam AGM approves 15% dividend

Tirupati Foam Ltd has announced that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of a final dividend of 15% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
