GV Films allots 1305000 shares

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 13,05,000 shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 10.30 on conversion of 30 FCCBs of US$ 10,000 each aggregating US$ 3,00,000 as per the offer document.
