Thomas Cook to issue 1% Preference Shares

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Committee held on January 29, 2008, the Committee considered the issue and allotment of 1% Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each on a preferential / private placement basis.
