Pennar Industries allots 8711200 equity shares

Pennar Industries Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 26, 2008, has approved the allotment of 87,11,200 numbers of equity shares to M/s. Eight Capital Master Fund Ltd, 86,13,200 numbers of equity shares to M/s. Spinnaker Global Opportunity Fund Ltd and 10,00,000 numbers of equity shares to M/s. Spinnaker Global Strategic Fund Ltd.
