DCW Ltd board to consider fund raising on March 22, 2019

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of DCW Ltd will be held at the Head Office of the Company at 'NIRMAL', 3rd Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 on Friday, 22nd March, 2019 at 12.00 noon, to consider the issue of warrants / equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoters, Promoter Group and Business Associates for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 80 crores.

The board will also consider issue of debentures for an amount upto Rs. 400 crores.

Shares of DCW LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 113753 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17.4 and intraday low of 16.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1952746.
