Asian Oilfield allots 15 Lakh equity shares

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2008, has issued and allotted 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at premium of Rs 180/- per share to Samara Capital Partners Fund I Ltd and 12,00,000 Convertible Warrants to following Non promoters, Preferential Basis as detailed below.

i. Vikram Walia : 2,00,000 Warrants
ii. Purabi Saikia : 1,00,000 Warrants
iii. Ashish Nanda : 1,50,000 Warrants
iv. Samara Capital Partners Fund I Ltd : 7,50,000 from whom the Company has already received requisite subscription monies.
